A lighter weight and shorter length padded jacket designed specifically for duelling or if you prefer less padding. Based on historical patterns with a modern twist. We tailor for women too, no extra ties and loops to catch in armour, just tailored to fit.

Our duelling gambeson features breathable and durable fabrics. The fast drying wadding is a single layer. Wadding is removed from the inside of the elbows and under arms to prevent bunching. The sleeves are designed for maximum mobility using a historical grande assiette sleeve head with ergonomic elbows. Duelling gambesons come with our Armour Attachment System as standard on the shoulders and upper arms, removing the need for arming points. Additional AAS for back of neck and elbows can be added as an option..
