How to order
We’re a small UK business, not a large fulfilment giant.
Almost everything we make is handcrafted in our Scottish workshop, with only a few small essentials sourced separately. Real people—working with real tools, real materials, and real care—create your items here, not on a mass‑production line overseas.
About payment options, and ordering custom or standard products
Standard Product Options
Many of our products are available in standard sizes and options. This does not mean we will have all the possible combinations of options in stock. Please allow up to 5 working days after placing your order, for despatch of stock items.
Your order status should be checked via your account. If your item is not in stock this will be reflected in the status of your order.
If your order is time sensitive, we recommend that you include a delivery date request in notes during the order process. This way we can offer alternatives if we are unable to meet your request exactly.
Custom Products
If you are ordering made to measure garments you will need to submit a completed measurement chart during the order process. You can download one below.
Please follow the diagrams and guidance on the chart. We will use the information you provide, it is your responsibility to ensure it is accurate.
You might think some measurements are not relevant, please complete them anyway.
